1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Little Retreat UK platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Little Retreat UK is a marketplace that connects caravan owners with holidaymakers; we do not own the caravans listed.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings and payments must be made through the platform. Payments are processed securely and, depending on the owner's payout policy, may be held until guest check-in. A digital rental agreement must be accepted before a booking is confirmed.
3. Owner Listings
Owners pay an annual listing fee of £99 per caravan. Owners must be verified before publishing a listing and are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, pricing and availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are set per listing and displayed at checkout. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Damage deposits are refundable subject to the condition of the caravan on departure.
5. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data is used to operate the platform, process bookings and communicate with you. We never sell your personal data. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
6. Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a guest and an owner, our admin team provides a mediation and ticketing service. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Liability
Little Retreat UK acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the condition of individual caravans. Owners are responsible for ensuring their caravans meet all relevant safety standards.
